1. Scope of Service
Offbeat Payana organizes private-car tours and curated experiential stays across Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. Bookings are coordinated directly with our Bangalore office and verified before departure.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payments
A tour departure is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit. The balance amount is payable prior to or on arrival as outlined in your personalized WhatsApp trip brief.
3. Vehicle & Highway Logistics
All road travel is conducted in private, air-conditioned commercial vehicles with experienced drivers. While drive times are scheduled with generous buffers, unforeseen weather, state events, or road maintenance may require minor schedule adjustments in consultation with the group.
4. Flights & Trains
Airfare and train tickets are the responsibility of the traveller, though we provide complimentary advice on flight numbers and arrival/departure windows between Bangalore and Deoghar / Patna.
5. Code of Conduct
Our routes visit sacred pilgrimage shrines and traditional rural villages. We request all guests to maintain respectful conduct, observe local temple dress codes, and honour host family traditions.
